unauthorized or illegal activity. If such is the case, we may reject your order
of our customer service department may call you at the phone number you
provided to confirm your order. We also reserve the right to cancel any
accounts or refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or
unauthorized or illegal activity. We reserve the right to cancel any order
using any promotion or promotional code, at our sole discretion. If any order
cancellation occurs you will be credited in full for the cancelled order(s). We
take these measures to protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud or
other unauthorized or illegal activity.

By using this Site, you acknowledge and agree that these Terms and Conditions,
which include our Privacy Policy * constitute the complete and exclusive
agreement between us concerning your use of the Site, and supersede and govern
all prior proposals, agreements, or other communications. We reserve the right,
in our sole discretion, to change these Terms and Conditions at any time by

13. Orders; Payments; Shipping
Payment Options
We accept only PayPal payments, at this time. Wait for our order validation
before you pay it!
Shipping Options
At this time, we can only accept orders that are billed and shipped to locations
that are not under Export Restrictions. We offer shipping via registered mail
at the rates based on your location and package weight. Transit times with
register mail are expected at 15-30 business days, once your order has been
processed and shipped.
Order Processing
Usually, itbrainpower.net orders take 6-7 working days for processing. Orders
placed on national holidays will also be processed starting with the following
working day.
Order Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your itbrainpower.net order, please contact us as
soon as possible by email at dragos@itbrainpower.net. We will try our best to
accommodate your request but cannot guarantee cancellation.

Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your
"itbrainpower.net" purchase, you may return it within 5 days of
receipt and we will be happy to provide a full merchandise refund in the
original form of payment. When returning a set or kit, we require all contents
from the original set or kit in the exactly the same form, shape and condition
as we originally ship it to you. Partial items from a set or kit, or used
items/kits will not be refunded. Please follow the below steps to make a return
for your "itbrainpower.net" purchase. Please note that shipping charges
and fees of any kind are not refundable and exchanges are not currently
allowed.
a. Contact us, tell about your will/issue and wait for our
feedback/proposal/acceptance.
b. Fill out the back of the invoice included in your shipment.
c. Re-pack the merchandise in its original packaging, if possible, and enclose
the invoice in the package.
d. Ship back to us the merchandise. All shipping and insurance costs related to
Returns and Exchanges will be covered in full amount by you.
